Backup software reports too many devices in use

When using our backup software, some packages do not allow you to use the software on multiple devices.

However, it is possible that you change computers and want to reinstall the backup software.

This is possible, but needs to be reported to us via the ticket system. We will then uninstall the old device, allowing you to use the new device. Please mention in the ticket the name of the old computer and the IP address of the network. Then we can disconnect it.
